As long as you desire the recognition of other’s you are self centred
When you look at someone you’re actually just looking at yourself (the response the person give you).
You look for recognition in them to make yourself feel better.
The less you seek recognition the more free you become.
I don’t seek recognition anymore, but I still feel caged in by constant judgment.
Judgment from strangers without any actual evidence that they’re actually judging me.
I am judging them.
I see myself in them.
Why do I judge? It’s nature.
It’s a reflex which needs to be fought with appreciation and love.
It’s tough.
One day at a time.
One interaction after the other.
