Goals.

Set goals. The mind is constantly trying solve problems, that’s it’s job. If it has no problems to solve it will turn inward and create some. Insecurities, anxieties, worries about things that hold no real issue. Then you start to criticize yourself, tear yourself apart to the bone until one day you think your the problem and the only way to solve it is to leave. Life is suffering, no matter what, so choose your path choose your poison. Greet fate with open arms but do it on your terms. Set goals towards your ideal life.

The problem here is, we don’t like to sacrifice the now for later. If we don’t see instant results from our goals we will just throw them to the side and say will get em later. How do you get past that? Well i’d say figure out your life and figure out what would happen if you didn’t do the things you had to. The fear of what will happen can be more motivating than the excitement of achieving the goal.
