A new Era

Back in the day

Way back

We had one purpose: SURVIVE

Our purpose has changed

We don’t need to focus on survival anymore

It is now a different era

Your only purpose now must be: ESCAPE

Born in chains, no matter where you are.

A slave, drowning in luxury.

Tied down by the state, family, and one’s own mind.

-Dutti

Damn…

„A man who lives fully is prepared to die at anytime“ -Mark Twain

The fear of death, or confrontation, judgment, hate or adversity, are all things that keep us away from fully living our life. We hide, make ourselves small and try to move through life untouched. Unscathed. Hoping will make it to the end…what end though? The end of old age?

If we would just be courageous enough to let go, it would change us forever.

That’s why I believe every man must learn how to fight. Learn to defend himself. Become strong! So when fear comes knocking we are ready.

As long as we fear others, fear ourselves or fear life, will never witness our true potential.

Scared like a little rat we hide.

Empathy

I think, maybe, through, empathy you find a sort of peace when people attempt to hurt you.

“Father forgive them for they know not what they do”

Can you truly blame idiots?

Always blame the parents, they’re the ones who failed to raise a good child.

The problem is… Everyone has parents, so no one can be blamed.

All you can give is empathy and understanding.

In other words, LOVE.

It gets to the point where you perceive everyone as if they were a wounded animal.

“A dog in pain will even bite its owner”

Can you blame the dog? or person?

They can’t do anything but hurt you, because they’ve only experienced hurt themself.

“Hurt people hurt people

I am sorry for your misery. I understand.

The shitty thing is, you can’t save them.

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.

They must want to be saved themselves. They must seek.

All you can do is promote the action of seeking liberation. Change. Truth.

No one wants to be hated, but most hate…

What a twisted reality. Sad, but the truth.

This is why Jesus (the all-loving and merciful) might be the only answer.

Be Loving!

Do your beliefs mean anything?

I believe the earth is round.

I believe he was innocent.

I believe the stars align every February.

How are your beliefs affecting your life?

If a belief does not affect your life, then it holds zero value and no importance.

A belief should move you, uplift you, transform you.

Beliefs entrap you.

I believe rich people are evil. Means you’ll always be poor

I believe good people always get it bad. Means you’ll always have it bad.

What else do you believe that’s holding you back?

I believe that if I eat healthy, and stay consistent, I will get into better shape.

I believe that if I work hard and show up I will receive what I deserve.

I believe in christ and through christ I become strong. Through christ I move away from sin towards heaven. Through christ I become good. Through christ I love.

Those are beliefs, not traps or opinions.

What do you believe!? Does it improve your, or anyone else’s life in any way?

Grow a forest, not a tree.

I tend to focus all my attention on one tree.

I want to grow one perfect tree.

Then I evaluate it, judge it, hate it and eventually cut it down. Leaving me with nothing.

When you see a forest you’re overwhelmed with beauty, and power, and awe, but the forest only consists of singular trees. All which are imperfect.

Crooked, old, broken, rotten, dead, and burnt, but that’s not what you see. You see the bigger picture.

Stop focusing on one tree and start planting a whole forest

It won’t be perfect, finish it and move on to the next. It’ll all come together in the end

!

“Do not attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence”

People aren’t generally evil or out to get you, they’re just asleep, blind, ignorant, or not aware. They mean no harm, they just seem to live with no inner reflection. They might not of been blessed with a guiding mentor to teach them otherwise. So how else should they know any different.

Father forgive them for they know not what they do -Jesus

This brings a certain level of peace and understanding.

Solution: always, no matter what, act through love. This will lead to the best outcome. And if someone’s intentions do seem to be of malice, then respond accordingly.

Stay on guard

Believe nothing you hear, and only half of that you see. -Edgar Allan Poe

Our perception fails us, so does our memory. We tend to never see the whole picture. The world is too complex, our mind breaks it down into smaller, understandable, information. At the cost of leaving out too many details.

Now, if you can’t trust your own perception and memory, how can you trust anyone else’s. Plus, remember, people lie, deceive, manipulate and share the false as it if we’re truth.

Stay Focused.

What are you? Man or Boy?

Character is sticking to your truth -Krishnamurti

Stand for something, die for it -Nipsey Hustle

How is it possible to have the answer and still not stick to it? We know what to do and we still sin. The mind always wins, always convinces, always influences, always in charge of itself. What makes the man take the right decision and not the boy?

I guess that’s what separates man from boy

How to make friends

Study culture. Through culture you will find friends and through those friends you will become a better person. By culture I mean the history of your family or your country. By culture I mean whatever interests you; Fashion, Music, Art, whatever you’re into. It’ll lead you to people who relate to you. Isn’t that what you want?

-Something I got from Confucius

Careful what you believe

Everything we hear is just an opinion. Marcus Aurelius said that and I have to say it couldn’t be more true. There has been countless of times when I’ve listened to strangers, taken their advice and believed it as fact. We are all wrong most of the time, especially when we talk about personal preferences. Trust but verify. Do your own research.
